Ga ga ga, uhhh, I'm stunned, completely stunned. I must come visit to see the roses. When would be the best time to see the most in bloom?
ReplyDeleteWe'd love to have you! Though since the little blighters don't always bloom all at once, it's not always quite as magical as one might imagine :-)
ReplyDeleteIn past years, Peak Rose has occurred around Apr 15.
But since we had an unusually mild winter, it might be closer to Mar 20-Apr 1 this year? Just a guess.
A few of our roses are already blooming fairly enthusiastically, while most are just dipping a toe in, or thinking about dipping a toe in.
BTW, we've lost a few more fish lately, but "Bob" and "Lyn," our two oldest, most resilient, and wiliest, still flourish!
